PURPOSE: A personal information offering method and a system thereof are provided to enable a user to find an address with respect to an individual by firstly offering address list registered by a user even if the search tags are duplicated among users, and secondly offering address list registered by friends and others. CONSTITUTION: A right managing module(313) authorizes a user terminal, stores the right information of a user received by a right information input window into a right information database(312), or searches the right information data base. A personal information managing module(316) receives the search tag through a personal information search window. When outputting a search result of a personal information database(315), the personal information managing module outputs a part of all of the personal information as a hidden symbol to the user according to the right of the user.
