PURPOSE: A thermotherapy device for treating endogenous derm using high frequency is provided to improve a structure of a treatment ceramic to generate deep heat from the perineal region and to enable a user to conveniently use the thermotherapy device. CONSTITUTION: A thermotherapy device for treating endogenous derm using high frequency comprises: a device for generating high frequency current including first and second connection units; a treatment ceramic(20) which is installed on the first connection unit of the device for generating the high frequency and provides a high frequency signal to the perineal region; and a deep heat induction plate(30) which is connected to the second connection unit and is worn on the lower abdomen or the back of a user.
