PURPOSE: A suture holder of a surgical operation possessed multi-function is provided to quick and accurate cutting by preventing the skidding in cutting the suture. CONSTITUTION: A knob(102) is comprised of a multi-step hook and a ring which are assembled together. The multi-step hook maintains a needle holder(101) in grasping state and a finger is inserted into the ring. The needle holder is interlinked with knob and grasp the needle. A cutting part(104) is arranged in rear one side of the needle holder. A suture skidding prevention recess(110) is formed in front one side of the cutting part. A blade part(111) is formed at the edge of the suture skidding prevention recess.
