<p>The invention relates to a strainer basket for a household juice centrifuge, said basket comprising a bottom fitted with a friction disk, and a strainer which is connected to said bottom. The strainer extends conically at least over part of the height thereof, is provided with passages, and comprises a first straining stage and a second straining stage each provided with peripheral walls located one above the other at different angles of inclination. The invention also relates to a household juice centrifuge comprising one such strainer basket. The aim of the invention is to improve the strainer basket in such a way as to increase the yield of juice. To this end, both the first straining stage and the second straining stage are provided with a peripheral wall extending conically away from the bottom.</p> |
