The nut has an internal thread (3) and a plain bore (4) for forming a common recess, where axes (5, 6) of the thread and the bore are inclined with respect to each other for forming an angle (alpha) ranging between 7 and 20 degrees. Diameter (A) of the bore is greater than nominal diameter (M) of the thread. A gripping stem (1) and a tilting base (2) are successively located along a main axis of the nut. The base is extended by radially projecting from the stem for forming a tilting lever.
