PURPOSE: An air-conditioner is provided to place an air inlet and an air outlet formed in a main body to a place which is not easily observed and to expose the air inlet and the air outlet while the air-conditioner is operated. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioner(1) comprises a main body(50) which is installed on a wall and wherein an air inlet(210) and an air outlet(110) are respectively formed on the front portion and the rear portion of the main body, a shutter which is pivotally arranged inside the main body and opens and closes the air outlet, a shutter driver which rotates the shutter, an inlet panel(300) which covers the air inlet and forms an air intake passage between the main body and the inlet panel, and an inlet panel moving mechanism(700) which moves the inlet panel forwards and backwards.
