#CMT# #/CMT# The system has outside and inside layers containing an oxygen membrane (10) or formed by the oxygen membrane, where the layers contain openings (11) and respectively lie outside and inside the oxygen membrane. The outside and inside layers are larger and smaller than a length (l) of two adjacent openings in the oxygen membrane, respectively. An area ratio of the oxygen membrane to the openings is selected such that diffusive reverse flow of fresh and exhaust air is formed in the outside layer.
