摘要 <p>The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for determining muscles disequilibrium at the trunk level, based on muscular force measurement, in the main moving directions, in order to establish an efficient prophylactic therapy. According to the invention, the method consists in measuring by dynamometry the maximum contraction force of the musculature participating in the trunk extension, from orthostatism or sitting position, measuring, by dynamometry, the maximum contraction force of the musculature participating in trunk flexion, from orthostatism and sitting position, measuring, by dynamometry, the maximum contraction force of the musculature participating in laterality movements, from orthostatism and sitting position, and the data collected by a force transducer are transmitted to a computer and processed, which involves their transposition onto a diagram representing actually the individual characteristics of the muscular force present at the trunk level for the tested subject, transmitted in real time. According to the invention, the apparatus consists of a metal frame (1) on which there slides, on the vertical, a support (2) to which there is attached a support plate (3), on which there is supported a transducer (27) introduced into a pivot (4), also on the metal frame, there may slide, on the vertical, a support (6) for the pelvis, to which there is attached a pillow (7), in connection with the metal frame (1) there being also mounted with an end a measuring bench (11) which has the other end placed on a short support (12), along the length of the bench (11) there may slide, on the horizontal, a small support (14), fastened in a final position by means of a plate (15), by means of a screw (16), and for the measurements from orthostatism, the subject being placed on a plate (19) which is fastened by a metal frame (1) by means of some hinges (20); in order to measure the lumbar musculature force, the subject settles on a plate (17) to which there is fastened the transducer (23) by means of a hook (18).</p>
