PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing a composite of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent and colchicoside derivative is provided to reduce impurities and to ensure stable composite. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition contains non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent and colchicoside derivative. The active ingredients of the composition are release state or salt form. The pharmaceutical composition is administered by oral path. The composition is used in the form of solid or film coating tablet. A pharmaceutical composition of solid form contains 100mg of ketoprofen and 8mg of thiocolchicoside.
