PURPOSE: An electron-beam welding method for an ultra-thick stainless steel sheet is provided to prevent strength degradation and welding failure by carrying out welding with electron beam of low output. CONSTITUTION: An electron-beam welding method for an ultra-thick stainless steel sheet comprises the steps of: washing off foreign materials attached to a base material(1), temporarily fixing base materials for welding, loading welded-products passed through the first temporary welding into a vacuum chamber, generating electronic beam of low output to carry out electron-beam welding, and performing one-pass welding from the start to the end of a welded part using an electron gun.
