<p>The subject of the invention is a procedure and device for continuous stabilisation and transformation of biodegradable sludge into composite building materials by addition of ashes. The procedure is characterised in that a biodegradable sludge with dry substance content of 2 to 5 % by weight is mixed with ashes in a static mixer into a stabilisate in such a way that a final content of dry substance of 5 to 8 % by weight, temperature up to 65 degrees Celsius and pH value up to 12.5 are achieved, that the stabilisate is thickened to a dry substance content of 35 up to 50 % by weight, mixed with ash in a weight ratio of 0.8 to 2.0 and other composite additives optionally, and a composite product is manufactured, containing from 64.8 to 83.7 % by weight of dry substance. The device is characterised in that it consists of a static mixer (5) connected with a multistage belt filter thickener (7) which is further connected with a continuous horizontal mixer (10).</p> |
