PURPOSE: A financial service providing system using a mobile device and a method thereof are provided to offer a financial service through a web browser of the mobile device, thereby directly using the financial service without a process of a branch office visit or initial installation, etc. CONSTITUTION: A mobile system(100) generates the second cookie according to an initial user authentication process. The mobile system requests user authentication by the second cookie. A server system(200) generates the first cookie in initial user authentication by a PC(Personal Computer) system(300). The server system authenticates a user by comparison between the first cookie and the second cookie for each user authentication request by the mobile system. The server system offers financial transaction information to the mobile system.
