PURPOSE: A valve room is provided to perform the height control of a manhole frame using a height controlling device. CONSTITUTION: A valve room comprises a valve room main body(10), a manhole frame(20) and a height controlling device(30). An upward extension pipe is installed on one side of an inlet and outlet pipe. A drain pipe with an expansion pipe and a valve is formed on the inlet and outlet pipe. The manhole frame is inserted and installed on the top of the upward extension pipe. A manhole cover hanging projection, a downward extension pipe and a flange part are formed on the manhole frame. A manhole cover is loaded on the upper side of the manhole cover hanging projection. The downward extension pipe is combined with the upward extension pipe. The height controlling device is installed between the upper side of the valve room main body and flange part. The height controlling device controls height between the top and bottom of the valve room main body. |
