A method of manufacturing structural sandwich plates, by preparing an outer plate 12 and attaching perimeter bars 14 to it with adhesive. A second outer plate 11 is then attached to the top of the perimeter bars 14 with adhesive. Plastics or polymer material is then injected into the cavity thus formed and cured. After this the process is completed by welding the outer plates to the perimeter bars. Shear forces are transferred between the outer plates by the core thus formed. (62) Divided Out of 555695
