The disclosure relates to the use of a compound having the Formula (lIb) wherein Ar is phenyl which is unsubstituted or substituted with at least one halo group, R3 is CH2-Q, wherein Q is lower alkoxy containing 1-3 carbon atoms, and R1 is lower alkyl containing 1-3 carbon atoms or of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention, alleviation or/and treatment of bone cancer pain, chemotherapy induced pain, or/and pain induced by at least one nucleoside or/and at least one nucleoside analogue, wherein the nucleoside or/and nucleoside analogue-induced pain is pain induced by anti-tumor or/and anti-viral nucleoside analogues, pain induced by anti-viral nucleoside analogues in AIDS therapy, or/and pain induced by AZT, ddC, ddl or/and d4T.
