METHOD OF PREPARING AEROGEL USING CONTIONUOUS COUNTERCURRENT SUPERCRITICAL PROCESS AND CONTIONUOUS COUNTERCURRENT SUPERCRITICAL EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of aerogel and a continuous countercurrent supercritical device are provided to massively manufacture the aerogel while reducing processing time, and to improve energy efficiency of the method with simplified processes. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of aerogel is characterized by a step for removing a solvent of wet gel by contacting wet gel and supercritical fluid in a high pressure reactor(10). The manufacturing method of the aerogel includes the following steps: crushing the wet gel to particles; supplying the supercritical fluid into the high pressure reactor; putting the wet gel through an inlet of the high pressure reactor; and removing a solvent of the wet gel by contacting the wet gel and the supercritical fluid.
