A recess (43) e.g. outwardly running recess or inwardly running recess, is provided for receiving a lug of the spanner. The recess is provided with an undercut (46) for gripping the lug of the spanner. The clamping nut is provided with an outer thread and an inner thread. The recess has two narrow sides (44), a closed elongated side and an opened elongated side in the front side of the clamping nut.
