Cosmetic use of an active ingredient obtained from Panicum miliaceumhaving oligopeptides (at least 25 wt.% of the total dry weight), as antistress and/or antiaging ingredient in a composition, is claimed. Independent claims are included for: (1) antistress and/or antiaging ingredient obtained from Panicum miliaceum; and (2) preparing antistress and/or antiaging ingredient comprising enzymatic hydrolysis of seeds of Panicum miliaceum.
