The device (2) has an electroluminescent film coated with a protection layer (4). The protection layer comprises a coating i.e. varnish, that guarantees protections such as stain resistant, water repellent, fungicide, antimicrobial or anti-UV radiation protections. The electroluminescent film comprises an optical fiber, an inorganic LED, an inorganic LED screen, electroluminescent polymer or electroluminescent ink. The electroluminescent film comprises woven or non-woven coating material or plastic coating material.
