PURPOSE: A video editing system is provided to perform fast editing and high-class editing in general PC environment, thereby easily and effectively performing video editing. CONSTITUTION: A clip extractor(120) supports preview about a multimedia file. The clip extractor extracts multimedia clips from the multimedia file. An effect selector(130) offers available editing effects about the multimedia file. According to dragging of a user, a time axis arranging unit(140) arranges at least one extracted multimedia clips in a desired time location. An overlap effect generator(150) arranges at least two selected editing effects in a desired location to be overlapped. |
