<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a corrugated tube that prevents abnormal sound due to contact of the divided ends of a slit of the corrugated tube grinding. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the corrugated tube, which externally covers a corrugated tube comprising a resin molding alternately provided with annular crests and valleys in the longitudinal direction and a slit provided all the way in the longitudinal direction over a wire harness cable group, includes a center part 11 extending in the longitudinal direction (axial linear direction) to be sandwiched by the slit 2 and a spacer comprising an elastic material provided with fitting pieces 12 and 13 fit in the valley part 4 that sandwiches the slit of the corrugated tube with space in the longitudinal direction from both right and left sides of the top of the center part. The center part of the spacer is inserted into the slit at least in a curved area of the corrugated tube.
