PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronize a downlink between a macro wireless base station MBS (first wireless base station) and a femto wireless base station FBS (second wireless base station). SOLUTION: A mobile communication method has: step A wherein a mobile station MUE being in communication in a first cell under the control of the first wireless base station MBS measures a reception timing difference between a downlink signal from the first cell and a downlink signal from a second cell under the control of the second wireless base station FBS; step B wherein the mobile station MUE reports the measured reception timing difference to the first wireless base station MBS; and step C wherein the first wireless base station MBS transmits an adjustment instructions for instructing the second wireless base station FBS to adjust the transmission timing of the downlink signal in the second cell based on the reception timing difference.
