<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction card enabling to easily check whether the reaction card is kept at a determined temperature or lower and whether an inspection is performed at a temperature determined for the inspection by visual observation or an automatic analysis apparatus, and an automatic analysis apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The reaction card 1 includes a reaction vessel 11 having an opening and housing a carrier C holding an aggregation caused by the aggregation reaction between an analyte and a reagent by changing the mobility according to the size of the aggregation; a body part 10 supporting the reaction vessel 11; and a temperature check member 16 disposed on the body part 10 and having a changing part 16a whose color irreversibly changes according to the temperature change. In the reaction card 1, the temperature control state can be easily checked by visual observation and also can be read out by an automatic analysis device since the changing part 16a irreversibly changes according to the temperature.
