<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical laminated film which has small luminance spot when used as a light diffusion film and which has light diffusion property, the adhesiveness of which to the adjacent member is restrained and which has good productivity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The optical laminated film includes a light diffusion layer and a surface layer arranged on at least one side of the light diffusion layer. The surface layer consists of polyester and the light diffusion layer is composed of copolymerized polyester, which has the melting point lower than that of the polyester of the surface layer by 5-50°C, and of light diffusing particles and comprises substantially no void. The light diffusing particles have 1-10 μm average particle size d50. The thickness of the surface layer is 0.1-0.9 times as large as the average particle size of the light diffusing particles and the ten-point average roughness Rz of the surface layer is also 0.1-0.9 times as large as the average particle size d50 of the light diffusing particles.
