<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely avoid an obstacle while securing stability of a vehicle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This vehicular motion control device has a tire force detecting means (20) for detecting actual tire force of respective tires, a braking control target braking force setting means (S105) for setting target braking force of the respective tires for avoiding a collision with the obstacle, a braking control means (S110) for controlling braking force of the respective tires under the target braking force, a turning head control means (S112-S122) for turning a vehicle by a difference in the braking force between the right and left tires in succession to control of the braking force, obstacle avoiding direction determining means (S113, S121 and S122) for determining the turning direction of the vehicle, and a turning head control target braking force setting means (S118 and S115) for setting the target braking force of braking control of the respective tires by the turning head control means (S112-S122).
