PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supercharger-equipped internal combustion engine for a saddle-ride type vehicle which can be accommodated in a narrow space in lateral width around a saddle-ride seat of the saddle-ride type vehicle by restraining the supercharger-equipped internal combustion engine in width direction size of a vehicle body. SOLUTION: A supercharger-equipped internal combustion engine mounted in a saddle-ride type vehicle includes a supercharger 45 disposed behind a crankcase 31 of the internal combustion engine E in a front-to-rear direction of the vehicle body. A throttle body 55 and an intercooler 50 are connected in this order rearward, below a saddle-ride seat 7, to an intake passage extending rearward from a cylinder head 33 protruding substantially upward from the crankcase 31.
