A conference control method, control equipment and management equipment are provided. Wherein the method includes that: the priority of a conference control operation request is set according to the conference control operation request transmitted from a terminal and a preset conference control policy; whether to perform the conference control operation corresponding to the conference control operation request is determined according to the priority of the conference control operation request and a preset priority policy table; the priority policy table includes the preset lowest priority information necessary for performing each conference control operation. According to the present invention, by performing the conference control based on the priority, for different conferences, the conference controls with different requirements can be realized flexibly only by setting the different conference policies according to the conference requirements, the control requirements of different conferences can be met without the need of customizing a special conference system edition, thereby realizing the flexible control of the conference authority and also reducing the research costs of conference control at the time.
