PURPOSE: An internet online language education system with a real-time conversation in an open market and a constructing method thereof are provided to connect a student and a teacher through a relay site, thereby realizing smooth real-time language education in the open market. CONSTITUTION: A teacher joins a relay site as a member. The teacher publishes a profile and feature on a bulletin board of the relay site. A student joins the relay site as a member. If the student clicks a desired teacher in the relay site, the student and the teacher have a conversation through a messenger in real-time. The mileage of the teacher periodically increases. The mileage of the student periodically decreases. The relay site receives relay service charges. |
