PURPOSE: A fishway-embedded water gate is provided to enable fishes to freely move though a water gate is closed by forming a fishway inside the water gate. CONSTITUTION: A fishway-embedded water gate(1) comprises a channel, multiple inlets, an outlet, multiple stay spaces and a connecting space. The channel is inclined from the left to the right and is classified into an upper row and a lower row. The multiple inlets are connected to the channel of the upper row. The outlet is connected to the channel of the lower row. The multiple stay spaces are formed in the channel at fixed intervals.
