<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet curing composition and an optical disk, capable of forming the outermost layer of the optical disk having such performance that fingerprints are hardly put thereon. <P>SOLUTION: By using a fluorine-containing acryl copolymer with a weight average molecular weight of 2,000-100,000, in which a fluorine-containing (meta) acrylate containing a perfluoroalkyl group whose hydrogen atoms in an alkyl group are entirely replaced by fluorine atoms is copolymerized with a (meta) acrylate compound having an alkylene oxide group, the fluorine-series acryl copolymer of interest is suitably melted in the ultraviolet curing composition, so as to be suitably existent in an uneven distribution on the surface of a coating film or in the vicinity thereof.
