<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously read data while writing or deleting data. <P>SOLUTION: As memories, a flash memory device includes a control instruction memory 12A composed of a memory array of flash memory elements, and a data memory 12B composed of a group of small sector size of flash memory elements, and, by the switching between a PFE signal that enables access to the control instruction memory 12A and a DFE signal that enables access to the data memory 12B, is used at the selected memory. Once the data memory 12B is selected by the DFE signal and writing or deletion is started, access to the control instruction memory 12A is enabled by the switching between the DFE signal and the PFE signal, thereby enabling readout of the information in the control instruction memory 12A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
