METHOD FOR REPLACING DRUM INNER LINER OF PULVERIZER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for replacing a drum inner liner of a pulverizer which can replace a drum inner liner of the pulverizer in a short time without hard labor. SOLUTION: A liner 8 positioned at an upper side of a drum inner surface 6b is replaced while a plurality of mill balls 10 are gathered at a lower side of the drum inner surface 6b by suspending the rotation of the drum 5 of the pulverizer. Thereafter, the liner 8 positioned at the upper side of the drum inner surface 6b is replaced while the plurality of mill balls 10 are gathered at the lower side of the drum inner surface 6b by backwardly rotating the drum 5 of the pulverizer around the axis center P.
