<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generating device outputting two-system voltages in a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The two-voltage generating device includes a switching element, a rectifying element with one end connected to one end of the switching element, a first charging means connected between the other end of the switching element and the other end of the rectifying element, an electromotive force generating winding with one end connected to the connecting point of the switching element and the rectifying element, a second charging means connected between the other end of the electromotive force generating winding and the other end of the switching element, and a magnetic field generating means for generating an interlinkage magnetic flux in the electromotive force generating winding.
