<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device and an image reading device which can suppress light amount fluctuation. <P>SOLUTION: It is characterized to change a driving current supplied to LED elements 101 for irradiating the light linearly for temperature change of the LED elements 101 detected by a temperature detection means 104. Therefore, it is possible to stabilize light amounts of the LED elements 101 for the temperature change by changing the driving currents of the LED elements 101 linearly for temperature change of the LED elements 101, making the temperature change of the LED elements 101 detected by the temperature detection means 104 as a detection amount, for example, it is possible to easily suppress the light amount change accompanying the temperature change in a lighting initial period of the LED elements 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
