<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solar cell which can be enhanced in stability of connection nearby a connection portion of a bus bar electrode and grid electrodes when a pattern of the bus bar electrode and a pattern of the grid electrodes are formed of conductive paste using gravure printing in manufacture of the solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: A photovoltaic device includes a silicon substrate 12 having a PN junction surface formed in parallel to a substrate surface, a plurality of grid electrodes 21 formed on a first principal surface of the silicon substrate 12 in parallel while extending in a first direction, the bus bar electrode 22 formed on the first principal surface to be connected to the plurality of grid electrodes 21 in a second direction, and a back electrode 30 formed on a second principal surface of the silicon substrate 12, wherein the bus bar electrode 22 has a width wider than that of the grid electrodes 21 and a height shorter than that of the grid electrodes 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
