PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a photoelectric composite member for achieving size stabilization without generating distortion on a light guide in a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the photoelectric composite member includes: a process for forming the light guide on a lower support; a process for laminating an upper support on the light guide; and a process for peeling the lower support.
