<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency transmitting/receiving module which prevents deterioration of a noise figure and reduction of transmission power. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The module includes: two systems of unit amplifiers which amplify a high frequency wave; a first hybrid circuit which inputs the high frequency wave to an input side of the two unit amplifiers; a second hybrid circuits which combines the high frequency waves amplified by the unit amplifiers; an external terminal which transmits the output of the second hybrid circuit to the outside as a transmission signal at the time of transmission; and two systems of unit switch circuits. A transmitting/receiving switch circuits includes: a third hybrid circuit which inputs receiving signals power-distributed to the input sides of the two unit switch circuits; and a fourth hybrid circuit which combines received signals through the unit switch circuits.
