PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backseat of a vehicle with which people can get on/off the vehicle well enough by opening/closing the door in a general way, and can easily get on/off it without taking difficult posture, while, high consideration is paid to elderly people, pregnant women, physically disabled people or the like and the accessibility for getting on/off is excellent. SOLUTION: A seat part 1 of a backseat is equipped with a sideways motion support means 2 which supports and enables seating buttocks to move laterally. The sideways motion support means 2 has long and slender bar-like rollers 3, wherein many of the rollers 3 are arranged horizontally and supported so that they can respectively rotate to keep the horizontal columns of rollers exposed on the seat surface of the seat part 1. The horizontal columns of rollers are supported with a frame body 4 and attached to the seat surface of the seat part 1 detachably. The circumferential surface of the rollers 3 is covered with elastic member, such as rubber or sponge, and the part contacting the passengers' buttocks is soft and seat comfort can be kept good.
