PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lottery device performing a physical lottery game using a lottery medium such as a ball, heightening a player's degree of expectation and degree of excitement in the moving process of the lottery medium to further increase excitement and enjoyment. SOLUTION: The lottery device 7 for performing a lottery game using the lottery medium (the ball b3) includes: a slant field 73 having a slope 73a for moving the ball b3, a regulating part for regulating the movable area of the ball b3 and an opening 73d located at a lower level side of the regulating part to allow passing of the ball b3; a plurality of pockets 74a for permitting entering of the ball b3 passed through the opening 73d; and a ball resilient return mechanism 75 provided in the vicinity of the opening 73d and resiliently returning the ball b3 moving on the slope 73a toward the higher level of the slope 73a.
