<p>A method and a device for transmitting/receiving audio/video content data in a radio access network are disclosed. The method includes the steps of: encoding the audio/video content data to basic streams and advanced streams, the basic streams have the first quality class, the combination of the basic streams and the advanced streams has the second quality class, which is higher than the first quality class; transmitting the basic streams and the advanced streams through an antenna respectively at a first power and a second power that is lower than the first power. Using the method, users with low SNIR can maintain low data rate for receiving the basic streams, while users with high SNIR can receive the basic streams and the advanced streams from two logic channels.</p> |
