PURPOSE: A micro-needle apparatus is provided to enlarge the pores of the skin, and to enhance the drug delivery efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A micro-needle apparatus includes: a medicine storage(20) storing medicines; a medicine passage connected to the medicine storage; a micro-needle head(30) which is equipped with a plurality of micro-needles transporting drug of the medicine passage to the dermal layer of skin by punching the dermal layer of skin when the skin is pressurized, wherein tip-end part of the needle is projected to the outside; a heating portion(50) applying heat to the skin through the micro-needle head; and a drug cut-off unit blocking the medicine passage if the micro-needle head is separated from the skin, otherwise, opening the medicine passage if the micro-needle head contacts the skin.
