PURPOSE: A digital image processing device and a control method thereof, and a recording medium storing a program for executing the same are provided to quickly and effectively reduce noise of an image. CONSTITUTION: An image pickup device(30) generates data from inputted light. An analog to digital converter(40) converts analog data outputted from the image pickup device into digital data. Data outputted from a digital signal processor(50) is transmitted to a display controller(81) directly or a memory(60). The display controller controls a display unit to display an image on the display unit. A storing/reading controller stores the data in a storage medium.
