<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce both the heat dissipation effect and the reflection efficiency, while using a reflecting plate in a vehicle room lamp using a chip-type LED. <P>SOLUTION: In a chip-type LED mounting part having a substrate 10, where a chip-type LED 100 is mounted on the surface thereof and a reflecting plate 20 where the reflective surface fixed on the rear side of the substrate 10 faces the surface side and its area is lager than that of the substrate 10, a plurality of through-holes 11 are provided around the part of the substrate 10, where the chip-type LED 100 is mounted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
