PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid temperature adjustment device capable of quickly adjusting temperature of water and other liquid. SOLUTION: The liquid temperature adjustment device 100 comprises a pair of temperature adjusting parts 110a, 110b and a liquid passage forming part 120. A pair of the temperature adjusting parts 110a, 110b are arranged to sandwich the liquid passage forming part 120. A pair of the temperature adjusting parts 110a, 110b are respectively biased by a plate spring part 130 to a direction of the liquid passage forming part 120 and are pressed to the liquid passage forming part 120. Each of the temperature adjusting parts 110a, 110b is composed of three thermoelectric conversion modules and a liquid cooling part for cooling heat radiation surfaces of the thermoelectric conversion modules. A liquid passage for flowing liquid is formed inside the liquid passage forming part 120. The liquid introduced from one end part into the liquid passage forming part 120 is derived from the other end part to the outside, after the temperature of the liquid is adjusted by the temperature adjusting parts 110a, 110b.
