摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the focal distance of the lens of an image pickup part and the deviation of angles in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction with high accuracy, in an image monitoring device using a zoom swivel camera for the image pickup part. SOLUTION: Three or more reference points are arbitrarily set in a video obtained by an image pickup part 1, and coordinates at the time of setting the reference points are stored in a reference point storage part 4. Then, coordinates of the reference points in the current video are acquired from the video including the reference points acquired by the image pickup part 1 by a reference point acquisition part 5. A reference point comparison part 6 compares the coordinates of the reference points in the current video with the coordinates at the time of setting the reference points, and determines whether or not there is a predetermined amount or more of difference. When determining that there is a predetermined amount or more of difference, a camera parameter correction part 7 calculates the current camera parameter of the image pickup part 1 from the coordinates of at least two reference points in the current video and the coordinates at the time of installing the reference points.
