<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure for a multilayered motor, cooling an inner rotor, a stator and an outer rotor, uniformly and sufficiently. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A refrigerant is introduced into an inner gap 5 and an outer gap 6 through an inner side refrigerant introduction route Ca and an outer side refrigerant introduction route Cb to positively cool the inner rotor 2, the stator 3, and the outer rotor 4. In this case, a heat transfer coefficient increasing means 24 increases the heat transfer coefficient of the inner gap 5 to the outer gap 6, thereby uniformly cooling the inner rotor 2, the stator 3 and the outer gap 4.
