摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device capable of attaining a high yield, reduced costs, microfabrication and high integration of a pixel, and enlargement of a substrate without damaging performance such as life and power consumption of the organic EL display device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The organic EL display device 1 is provided with a substrate 10, and a plurality of pixels arranged on the substrate 10 and consisting of a B-subpixel 21, a G-subpixel 22, and a R-subpixel 23. The organic EL display device 1 has a B-light-emitting layer 122 formed common to the B-subpixel 21, the G-subpixel 22, and the R-subpixel 23, a G-light-emitting layer 123 formed common to the G-subpixel 22 and the R-subpixel 23, and a color conversion film 151 which is arranged at an upper part of an upper electrode 13 and is a thin film layer wherein light with shorter wavelength rather than red light is converted into the red light by absorbing the light with shorter wavelength than that of the red light.
