<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel and improved electronic equipment in which adhesion of ink or mist thereof to an optical pickup is inhibited and replacement of an ink cartridge is facilitated. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electronic equipment includes: a disk drive part D1 having a spindle motor 122 driving an optical disk 200 inserted from a front panel 104 side and the optical pickup 120 performing writing of data to the optical disk 200 or reading of data from the optical disk 200; and a label printing part L1 which has a printing head 152 moving in a direction parallel to a radial direction with respect to a rotational center of the spindle motor 122 to perform label printing on the surface opposite to a data recording surface of the optical disk 200 and in which the moving direction of the printing head 152 is a right direction of the front panel 104 with respect to the rotational center of the spindle motor 122.
