The present invention relates to a method for producing a thermoplastic/continuous fiber hybrid complex, and more particularly, to a method for producing a thermoplastic/continuous fiber hybrid complex that comprises the steps of: a) uniformly widely spreading a bundle of glass fibers; b) heating the spread glass fibers; c) bonding the heated glass fibers and a tape-shaped thermoplastic to form a thermoplastic/continuous fiber bond; d) folding the bond into a zigzagged shape to form a multilayer thermoplastic/continuous fiber bond; and e) pressing the multilayer thermoplastic/continuous fiber bond. The method of the present invention enables the easy fabrication of a hybrid complex, and shows excellent uniformity and impregnation properties when the hybrid complex is hot-melted and impregnated after fabrication.
