<p>The holder (16) has a holding element (13) e.g. dual sided Velcro(RTM: Hook and loop fastener) connected with a connecting element (14) e.g. plastic film, for fastening to shoes (11). Another holding element (17) connected with another connecting element (18) e.g. magnet, is provided for fastening to trousers (12). The connecting elements are connected below each other for holding the trouser legs (12) at a distance (15) from a ground (20).
